Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026.
Legal texts are translated so they’re easy to understand; if there’s any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
The paid plan isn’t on sale yet. This policy will apply from the moment it is.
We want you to pay for Remesia only if it’s useful to you. That’s why, as well as the free trial, you can ask us to refund your first payment.
1. Free trial
The first time you subscribe to the paid plan you get 14 days free. If you cancel before they end, you won’t be charged anything.
2. 30-day guarantee
If you’re not happy, we’ll refund the full amount of your first payment, monthly or yearly, if you ask within 30 days of being charged. You don’t have to give a reason.
3. Yearly renewal
If your yearly plan renewed and you didn’t want it to, ask us for a refund within 14 days of the renewal and we’ll refund it in full.
4. Other cases
Apart from the above, periods that have already started are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for; after that your account moves to the free plan and your data is kept. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. How to request it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds. You can request it:
- from the link in the receipt Paddle emails you, or at paddle.net;
- or by writing to us from the Contact page with your account email.
The money is returned to the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear.
6. If you’re not satisfied
We reply to complaints within 7 days at most. If we can’t reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer services of your autonomous community in Spain. See also the Terms of Service.
