Legal notice

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

Legal texts are translated so they’re easy to understand; if there’s any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of who is behind Remesia.

1. Owner

  • Name: Jeison Stevens Córdoba Sánchez, as an individual.
  • Tax ID (NIE): Y9290394H
  • Address: Calle La Huerta 30, Bl. 2, P13, 28411 Moralzarzal (Madrid), Spain
  • Email: jscordoba.9018@gmail.com
  • Website: remesia.eu

2. Purpose

This notice governs access to the remesia.eu website and to the Remesia app, a personal and family finance tool. Use of the app is also subject to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

3. What Remesia is not

Remesia is not a financial or payment institution: it does not hold money, make payments or send money, and it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. The figures it shows are for guidance only and are based on the data each person enters.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Remesia name, its logo, the design of the website and the app, its texts and its code belong to the owner or are used under licence. They may not be copied, distributed or transformed without permission, except for personal use of the app. Other companies’ brands and names that appear in Remesia belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify them.

5. Links to other websites

Remesia may link to third-party websites (for example, money transfer services). The owner does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content; their own terms and policies apply when you open them.

6. Liability

We try to keep the website and the app running without interruptions or errors, but this cannot be guaranteed. The scope of the owner’s liability is explained in the Terms of Service.

7. Personal data and cookies

How your data is processed and which cookies are used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
